I have always had a keen interest in fitness and know how regular exercise can have a positive impact in today's busy lifestyle. I am a full-time working parent of twin girls and am able to relate to the many demands placed on an individual's time and energy. It's amazing what a difference that just a few hours per week dedicated to exercise can make, by improving energy levels, general health and well-being in this busy, stressful, and at times challenging world. I really enjoy meeting people and helping them surpass their own fitness goals. Furthermore, I offer a friendly and professional service, enjoy my work, and want to pass on my enthusiasm, knowledge and motivation to my clients. I founded my own business 'Claire Tuck Personal Training' 2 years ago and can offer individual and couple personal training within a 15 mile radius of Dorchester. Sport and injury clinics are also available in the Dorchester area or in the client's home.
