CIPD qualified with over 20 years' experience working within HR and previously finance, Claire is exceptionally skilled at providing sensible, cost efficient solutions to complex problems. Since leaving the NHS Claire has worked within local schools providing HR support and undertaking complex investigations. Claire works as a school Governor in a variety of primary, secondary and special schools and has experience of working with Academies and Free Schools.
