Previously Head of Resourcing at Harrogate District Hospital, Claire left her career within the NHS to set up her own Consultancy Practice in 2010. CIPD qualified with over 20 years' experience working within HR and previously finance, Claire is exceptionally skilled at providing sensible, cost efficient solutions to complex problems. An exceptionally skilled communicator.
Since leaving the NHS Claire has worked within local schools providing HR support and undertaking complex investigations. Claire works as a school Governor in a variety of primary, secondary and special schools and has experience of working with Academies and Free Schools. Claire's special interest is Special Educational Needs.
Helen is a dedicated HR professional and worked for many years with Claire in the NHS. Claire and Helen work exceptionally well together and complement each other's skills.
