CJF Partnership is a Chartered Building Surveying and Project Management practice based in Leeds and predominantly working on property in Yorkshire and the North of the Country. Where our clients operational requirements dictate, we will work across the United Kingdom as required.
CJF Partnership was established by Craig Fillingham, a Chartered Building Surveyor and qualified CDM Co-ordinator. Craig began his surveying career in local government with exposure to the full portfolio of properties. He later worked for national and international multi-disciplinary practices undertaking the full range of Building Surveying and Project Management duties for corporate, public sector and domestic clients. He notably worked on a £2million per annum planned maintenance programme for a global financial institution, a £2million per annum development programme for a national housing association, several due diligence programmes for national and international manufacturers, a c.£3million residential development providing full construction project management services, and numerous reinstatement programmes on behalf of insurers following insurance claims.
