CJA Sport Massage

I am a sports massage and remedial therapist, based near Winchester in Hampshire. I graduated from the London School of Sports Massage with a Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage.

I treat a wide range of clients and age groups, from office workers to athletes, those with physical jobs, issues caused by poor posture and people with conditions affecting the muscular system.

I come from an equestrian background. Having played, looked after and trained polo ponies for the last 18 years, I have a good understanding of the injuries and stress sustained by professional and amateur polo players. I have worked in horse racing for a similar amount of time and as a former point-to-point jockey I can also sympathise with the stress and injuries that occur within this sport.
