The directors have many years' experience in the commercial property sector and this has given us the expertise and skills to successfully develop a range of retail, leisure, residential, hotel and office schemes. Our strength is working with local authorities, landowners, financial institutions, occupiers and other industry professionals to secure sites, obtain planning permissions and construct high quality buildings. Our business has grown over the years but our ambition has remained the same: to be productive, profitable and a pleasure to do business with. All of our schemes are pre-let to major operators in the retail, leisure, residential, hotel and office sectors thus minimising risk to all stakeholders. This approach allows us to obtain banking finance or source financial capital from major pension funds and occasionally we combine this with our own financial resources. Our team brings together experience in all aspects of property development — acquisition, funding, letting, construction and post-construction management. Our directors have worked on projects in the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Turkey.
