Our architectural services run from inception to completion and include design, planning permission, building regulation approval and contract administration, all of which is set out in the R.I.B.A. plan of work. If you are planning a new residential project we can also provide a Council for Mortgage Lenders Professional Consultants Certificate for mortgage purposes. We use the latest technology to provide real-time interactive 3D models of our designs.
City Architectural is currently run from home offices by architect Keith Jones. The aim of the practice is to contribute to architecture by bridging the gap between the well known 'plans drawn' services and the expensive options of the larger practices.
Projects undertaken are typically small to medium scale residential projects such as small housing estates, bespoke house design, house extensions and barn conversions and the like. Combining technical skill and design creativity allows us to produce well balanced designs with excellent functionality, value and aesthetics.
After gaining a national diploma in construction with distinctions at NEWI, Keith went on to study architecture at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art at the University of Dundee where he completed his formal training and was granted the Thomas Dalgety Dunn Award for architecture.
