Chrysalis Childcare

I live in a three bedroom house in Chelmsford, Essex, with my young daughter and our friendly cat Millie. I have wanted to work with children, in some capacity, since my younger sister was born when I was 18. As I watched her grow up, she reminded me of the simpler things in life and inspired me. After I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, I decided to leave my job at the local University to pursue my aspirations of working with children and became a childminder. I have been childminding since September 2010 and have looked after a number of children, on both short and long term contracts, ranging from newborn to 8 years. I have an organised and child-centred approach to childminding that means I can plan fun and challenging activities for each child based on their interests and development.
