Christopher Lee

Gavin Davis started his culinary journey in the kitchens of several South Wales' Gastro pubs, and he and Chris began working together in 2005. Gavin decided to take a few years out to follow and develop his passion for patisserie and desserts, and his creativity, kudos and commitment led him to become head of pastry in one of South Wales' award winning catering companies. In 2014, Gavin and Chris are back together again, heading up the formidable culinary team of Christopher Lee Catering.

We at Christopher Lee Catering aim to provide an efficient and friendly service, produce extensive, exciting menus and cater for all dietary requirements. We are passionate about the quality of the produce we use and supporting our local suppliers. Our philosophy is simple. To provide a shoot with a knowledgeable and creative team. To ensure an enthusiastic and competent service that is reliable, friendly and flexible. To deliver great tasting food that is imaginative, vibrant and healthy.
