Christine Reed Counselling

I am a Counsellor, Life Coach and a Teacher with over 20 years of experience. I provide a safe, confidential environment where together we can explore issues which are troubling you and find effective strategies for coping and moving forward. I work with a range of issues including depression, self-esteem, bereavement (loss) and relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families. I have worked over 11 years as an Employee Counsellor taking referrals from Insurance companies and EAPs. My therapeutic background is Integrative where I use a variety of therapeutic tools to assist individuals - including drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), TA and Gestalt.
