My therapy room is a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can talk about what you are experiencing and how you are feeling without being analysed or judged. This will help you to increase your understanding of yourself and your situation so that you are able to deal with your feelings and identify choices, solutions or changes that you may want to make in your life. I work with individual adult clients and with couples. We will usually meet weekly. Sessions last for 50 minutes and my fee is £50 per session for individual clients and £60 for couples. Everyone has the capacity to cope with crisis, resolve problems, develop personal insight and make decisions yet having professional support and encouragement when the going gets tough can make a huge difference. We will work with whatever you choose to explore, which may include relationship issues, depression, mental illness, anxiety, stress, work-based problems, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, life changes, personal development or any other issue that troubles you.
