At re:ab we are a group of experienced practitioners who offer comprehensive and professional Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Pilates. We provide both Pilates mat and reformer classes as well as Personal Pilates Training sessions in our fully equipped Pilates studios. We treat those with sporting and musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation requirements as well as bladder and bowel continence issues. Our Chartered Physiotherapists are also Pilates trained, and, if appropriate, will combine Physiotherapy and Pilates to enhance the outcome of your treatment.

Our studio is an airy space, with bright natural lighting and a secluded and relaxed atmosphere. We run Pilates sessions with limited numbers to maximise client attention and feedback, making your lessons personal and comfortable. Pilates can transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.
