Julie Beech has worked as a Psychotherapist for fourteen years. Prior to this she worked as a Charge Nurse in a Psychiatric day hospital. She has undertaken various clinical training programs, including a Oxford diploma in cognitive behavioural pyschotherapy. She also has a MSC in cognitive behavioural pyschotherapy (CBP). Julie also works part-time for a local NHS psychology department and she is a member of the New Forest dialectical behaviour therapy team.
Julie is registered with the Nursing And Midwifery Council and United Kingdom Council For Psychotherapy (UKCP). She is also accredited as a therapist by the British Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP).
Debbie Mathew has worked a Cognitive Behavioral for 12 years and has been accredited with the BABCP for 10yrs. She has undertaken intensive specialist CBT training at The Maudsley Hospital Centre for Anxiety Disorders &Trauma/ Institute of Psychiatry where she gained a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.
