My name is Chris Taylor, I set up my business in 1996 having worked full time in IT since 1990 installing and supporting computers in schools. I now provide annual support services to about 45 schools and many small local businesses. I also support a growing number of home computer users who call on my services as and when they need me. Some problems can be resolved via email or on the telephone, others are resolved by a site visit or by me connecting remotely to the problem computer. Whatever your computing ability is, I assure you that I will answer your questions and deal with your problem promptly and efficiently and at a very fair price that we will agree in advance. Providing a prompt service is key to the success of my business. To that end I prioritise my site visits to ensure that customers who have the most serious problems receive prompt attention - often the same day.
