I first became interested in Acupuncture in 1967 when a friend of the family, who was one of the pioneers of Acupuncture in this country, came to visit. His name was Robert Butterworth and he became my mentor. It was he who encouraged me to train as an Acupuncturist when a suitable course was developed in the mid-1970s. I am registered with the British Acupuncture Council and have worked in professional practice as an acupuncturist for more than 30 years.
My name is Christopher Low. Welcome, and thank you for coming to my website. I am a Registered Acupuncture Practitioner and Craniosacral Therapist. I'm also a co-leader of Light Touch Acupoint Healing Workshops. These are explained on the next page.
In 1994 I jointly set up the Cambridge Complementary Health Practice with my wife Wendy, a Jungian Analyst and Craniosacral Practitioner, and we have found it an ideal place to practise from. The clinic premises are quietly situated in a convenient spot near to Cambridge station, some 8 minutes walk away.
There is ample free parking available directly in front of the clinic. If you feel I might be able to assist with health issues, both recent or long-standing, then contact me once you've looked around this site. We can discuss things, arrange a first session and tailor a plan specially for you, to meet your needs. I am also a workshop co-leader and supervisor for practitioners, students and researchers in the holistic medicine field.
