Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the latest method being adopted for building design and production of construction documentation. The concept envisages the virtual construction of a facility prior to its actual physical construction, in order to reduce uncertainty, improve safety, solve problems, and simulate/ analyze potential impacts. To achieve this we are now using Autodesk’s ‘Revit Architecture’ software. CHQ is proud to be registered as a Chartered Practice with The Royal Institute of British Architects.
