Choi Kwang Do 4 Health

One of our instructors will work with you during your first free class and introduce you to the basic techniques of our dynamic Martial Art. All our instructors are Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Certified and qualified first aiders. We offer the highest level of tuition and you can be assured of being made welcome at every class you attend. I started Choi Kwang Do under the instruction of Greg Evans along with Derek & Karen Bicknell the founders and owners of Hampshire CKD. I was particularly impressed by the training methodology and the friendly family training environment. This provided me with a focused fitness regime enabling me to significantly improve my personal fitness, lose weight, increase flexibility and improve motor skills and balance. Having recognised the health benefits of CKD and so impressed with the scientific training principles I decided to take on the role of Chief Instructor so that I was able to share the many benefits of CKD with others.
