Chiswick Furniture Centre is largely staffed by participants on the Resco Programme. The programme is 16 weeks worth of work experience for those with barriers to getting into full-time employment. It provides exposure to a professional and supportive working environment coupled with one to one support, accredited training and practical help with job applications and CV writing.
