I have worked in prestigious spas, health centres and clinics in London and Japan and I lived in the mountains of Kesennuma, Japan for two years where I began my training as a reiki master. I have been practicing and teaching transcendental meditation, mindfulness and reiki meditation since 1996 and was a bio-electromagnetic field researcher for a meditation retreat in Dorset.
Garnering my experience in holistic health and well being, I have recruited the most talented therapists in the country to Ching Holistic Health standards in advanced integrative, preventative and conscious non - surgical therapies. In my spare time, I volunteer for charity offering reiki to treat people with addictions. Founded in 2003.
