Investigations are conducted in accordance with current legislation including; Data Protection Act, Human Rights Act, Criminal Procedure and Information Act, Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act and PACE. However all formalities are tempered with by a friendly, one to one, personal touch service designed to alleviate the initial fears of a client when first contacting a private investigator.
