My best advertisement for my classes are my participants. I am very proud of them. They are fit, healthy and happy. And because my classes are for real, everyday people, we are all friendly, down to earth and out for a laugh. You won't find any posers here! So, if you want to see how my classes can help you, just come along and see for yourself. If you want to get fit and have fun, you’ve come to the right place. Whether it is weight loss, toning up, beating stress or improving mobility/flexibility, there is a class or two in my timetable that can help you out. The classes are based at Coronation Hall, Market Deeping, at The Community Centre in Market Deeping, and also at Tallington Lakes.
