Chattings was established in 2001 and grew very quickly following the opening of it’s tiny office on Bore Street. In 2006 Chattings launched it’s own dedicated Property Management Team of lettings specialists who were employed solely to deal with the day to day management of tenancies and keep on top of the ever changing legislation within lettings industry. In December 2008, Chattings moved to fantastic double fronted offices in prime location at 16 Bore Street where both the front end team and the property management team merged to create their lettings hub - all under one roof!
