C.M.E.S is a family business based in Seaford (East Sussex). Chas is a City & Guilds qualified electrician and a member of N.A.P.I.T. and a member of the Buy With Confidence scheme organised by the local Trading Standards Office. Chas' wife Carole runs the office, managing the workload and liaising with clients.

We provide a prompt and efficient service to Landlords, Letting and Property Management Agents in the area. Our aim is to resolve problems with a single visit by gathering as much information as possible and through the variety of stock held in the van.

All work is carried out in accordance with current regulations. Workmanship and most materials are guaranteed for 12 months. Testing & Certification and Building Control Part P notices will be issued where necessary.
