Charlie The Magical Clown

Since being given a magic set at the age of seven, Roy Charles developed a love of magic and entertaining people. All he ever wanted to be was a magician. He would often put on magic shows for his family but soon wanted to widen his audience, so started performing at such events as charity shows and school fetes to gain experience.

All his dedication and practice soon paid off and at the age of 12 whilst he was performing at a local children's adventure playground he was asked by a parent to entertain the children at her son's Birthday party. Although the show seemed to go down very well, Roy felt that the children didn't take his magic that seriously as he was only a child himself.

So putting his thinking cap on he came up with the bright idea of working on a clown character. That way being tall for his age and wearing clown make up and a costume would help to disguise his age. The next time Roy performed his show at a party the reaction was amazing and so Charlie the magical clown was born.
