Charis Consultancy was established in 1999 with the aim of providing "Charis" to organisations and individuals. This Greek word means "to come alongside and give support to" and with the provision of high quality learning, development coaching consultancy and resolution intervention, that is what we have done and continue to do for clients across all sectors in the UK and ROI.

Over the last 15 years we have become the leading specialists in mentoring and coaching for managers and executives. We have provided mentoring and coaching across a wide range of disciplines; on a one-to-one and group basis for individual and corporate clients.

In terms of resolution interventions, we are leading specialists in conflict coaching, two party and small and large team mediations and/or facilitated discussions, with a high level of success being realised in many complex personnel situations.
