Channings

Susan and Marcus welcome you to Channings, a guest house situated in the heart of St Ives with stunning views across St Ives Bay and towards the harbour. You can park your car at the property, relax and enjoy St Ives and its beautiful beaches, which are a two minute walk away.

We are Marcus and Susan Wood and in 2012 we decided to leave London behind us and move our family to the beautiful St Ives. We took over Channings in the height of the season and had an amazing experience welcoming and meeting lots of fantastic guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our first season and we are looking forward to next season when we will be saying hello to returning guests and meeting lots of new faces.

Here at Channings, bedrooms are large with en-suite facilities. Each room has a flat screen television with freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and free wi-fi.

Breakfast is served each morning in our new, bright and airy breakfast room with views towards Godrevy lighthouse and Hayle Towans. On offer each day for breakfast is fresh fruit, granola, cereals, yogurt, fruit juice and a continental or full English breakfast with ingredients sourced locally whenever possible.
