Changes Fitness Club

Situated in the heart of Cramlington in Northumberland, Changes Fitness is now under new ownership and is better than ever. Boasting the best resistance machines in the area, a comprehensive class timetable, staff on hand at all times and clean working equipment that you don't have to queue for! The improvements made to the Ladies only club, including the welcoming coffee bar, mean that it is now a truly pleasant experience as well as a great place to train. Changes Gym helped me enormously after having breast cancer, regain my fitness and lose the chemo weight.

The atmosphere is great, it is so friendly and the staff. Rob, Alex and John make it an enjoyable place to train. Thanks Changes for helping me get through a tough time and getting me healthy again. This year's sweetheart challenge was completed by more couples than ever with many members putting in a huge effort to increase their gym visits over the challenge period.
