I have had a private practice for twenty five years and I have worked in the NHS as a Psychotherapist and supervisor for fifteen years. I have worked as an MA trainer for the Karuna Institute in Devon. I am trained as a Core Process Psychotherapist, which is a mindfulness-based approach to Psychotherapy and draws on Western Psychotherapeutic models of work and also on the wisdom and compassion of Buddhist Psychology. I am also trained in Transpersonal Psychotherapy. Buddhist Psychology. I am also trained in Transpersonal Psychotherapy. I offer Psychotherapy and counselling to both individuals and couples. I offer training courses for Psychotherapists and Counsellors. I offer supervision to individuals and groups. I am a Teacher of Compassionate Mind Training and Mindfulness Stress Reduction.
