We work on appointment basis therefore no cages are required and we do not use cage dryers just hand held dryers. Our staff are fully trained and fully insured. We do allow customers to wait whilst their dog is being groomed to re assure the pet at anytime. We understand that sometimes you are unable to keep to your appointment.

We understand that sometimes you are unable to keep to your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment at any time then please ring at your earliest convenience as another client can use your scheduled time and we can re book a new appointment at a convenient time for you.
