Cathy Bradley Counselling

I have many years counselling experience and am a Senior Registered Practitioner with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have been accredited by the BACP since 1993. I specialise in one to one counselling and couples counselling for heterosexual and same sex couples in South East London (SE22). If you are struggling to cope with everyday life or if you just have a sense that life could be more fulfilling, it may be worth taking time to reflect on your situation.

Change and unforeseen events can place our closest relationships under strain and it can be very helpful to devote time and attention to thinking about things. Counselling focuses on you and your circumstances and helps you to consider what, if any, changes you may need to make. Our initial session is an opportunity for you to do that and to see if you feel comfortable with me. Together we will think about whether counselling could be of benefit to you.
