Mark was one of the first chefs to cook live on QVC's In the Kitchen bringing a new concept to cookware demonstrations. Mark has worked at a variety of famous hotels and restaurants including, The Ritz, 190 Queensgate, The Dorchester & The Athenaeum. Mark also has extensive in-house and outside catering experience.
