Catandra was founded in 2015, recognising that most business owners are looking to build more enjoyable, more profitable and more valuable businesses. In practice many are not sure how to achieve this and need a little support, Catandra brings clarity to this situation through a unique blend of business coaching and business consultancy. Working at ‘source’ we partner with clients to clarify their unique vision before helping them design and implement the strategy that will deliver it.

Catandra was formed in 2015 by Andy Wheeler to provide headhunting services within the retail, logistics and supply chain sectors. With an experience of running his own businesses and working for privately owned and listed companies, Andy has a diverse background working across different sectors including recruitment, travel and corporate events.

It was this varied experience that led him to set up Catandra with a view to support and work with clients in a sector that has suffered from a poor reputation. Developing a new way of working Catandra provides tailored recruitment services for businesses looking to strengthen or transform their senior team.

In 2018 prompted by client demand a consultancy offering was developed to complement the executive search services. This has been designed around a hands-on approach with specialist consultants working with a range of businesses addressing challenges such as strategy, structure and staff engagement.
