Case & Brewer is a family run Traditional Fish & Chip Shop based in the County Town of Dorchester. The family took this shop over in 1963 and have been serving 'Fine Fish & Chips' ever since. We pride ourselves in sourcing fish when ever possible from substainable stocks and always use fresh potatoes, preparing our chips daily from the shop kitchen.

All our full time staff have a ‘Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering’ and some of them have been with us for over 25 years. Even our newest recruits have a healthy attitude towards customer care. Our shop also has the 'Highest Food Hygiene Rating of 5' from the Food Standards Agency.
We are confident in saying we serve the finest Cod & Chips money can buy. Our Menu also includes Plaice and Haddock along with the Nation's favourites like Scampi, Chicken, Burgers and even Veggie Burgers all cooked to order in just a few minutes. With Home Made Fish Cakes and Pukka Pies there is something for everyone.
