Carrot Pharma Recruitment is a private, family owned business which has been operating in the Pharma industry since February 2006. The company was formed by husband and wife team, Martin and Debbie Anderson, who came direct from industry roles. Their experience spanned the Sales, Marketing and Market Research/Business Intelligence sectors of Pharma, so the initial aim was to establish Carrot as a leading consultancy within those areas. Carrot of course has now grown to offer a full recruitment service across many more sectors within the pharma, biotech and healthcare industries across the UK, Europe, Asia and USA.

Well it's all about 'more carrot, less stick' and the psychology of achieving a motivated workforce. Of course it provides us with a memorable name which always prompts discussion and is undoubtedly #DistinctlyDifferent.
