Carrock Design & Build is an award-winning local business with a rich history of working on Cumbria’s heritage architecture. Carrock Design & Build is led by our Managing Director who is a Chartered RIBA Architect with a passion and respect for older buildings. His job is to provide bespoke architectural and design services along with delivering the highest level of construction for our client projects. We are a member of the Federation of Master Builders and by following the Federation’s protocols, Carrock Design & Build are able to offer our clients key benefits including simple ‘plain English’ contracts and a clear approach to all construction activities.As well as our commitment to the FMB, we are a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and hold a Gold CITB Heritage Skills Card. As part of our commitment to preserving and promoting these increasingly rare skills, we’re a member of the Cumbria Training Group and have been an Investors in People accredited employer since 2009.
