I established Wanstead Physiotherapy Clinic 1998. I am an experienced and highly qualified state registered physiotherapist specialising in treating muscular skeletal problems. I am the sole practitioner, which means that I will always be responsible for your treatment.

I aim to assess, diagnose and effectively treat your symptoms, improve movement and prevent the problem reoccurring. I will demonstrate exercises that you can do at home between treatments. There is much evidence proving that these exercises will help the outcome of your treatment. The number of sessions will depend on the severity of your condition and commitment to the home exercise programme.

Common problems I treat include upper and lower limb pain and injuries, back pain and sciatica, neck pain, whiplash and headaches, fractures and dislocations, repetitive strain injury and hypermobility. Home visits can be arranged within the Wanstead area.
