We engaged Carol with a proposal to convert two derelict barns on our land, into Holiday Lets. I had worked with her on a more straightforward renovation project in the past, and had some idea of her style and working technique, but was nevertheless impressed at the enthusiasm with which she embraced this new challenge! From the outset, Carol worked closely with us. Never having engaged an architect on a project of this size before, she was able to provide all of the background and legal details that we required, and explain both her and our obligations in relation to the project. Carol attended a number of face to face meetings on site, where we discussed our vision for the barns. She was able to convert our aspirations into real and impressive concept drawings and schematics. Most importantly, she was able to convert these dreams into achievable reality. During this time, she was thorough and explored a number of options and alternatives, consulting with us at every stage.
