Carlton Antiques

Malcolm Gray first established Carlton Antiques in 1989 when he retired from the Police Force after 25 years service. From the outset he dealt in good quality furniture from Georgian to Edwardian, English oil paintings and watercolours and objet d'art. In 1995 he progressed from being a sole trader and opened the Victoria Antique Centre Ltd, in Saltaire, renting space and cabinets to over 40 dealers.

STOP PRESS | We have retail space available to suit your requirements and pockets as well as additional cabinets. Each unit will be supplied with a display cabinet for security of valuable smalls etc. (These are the small cabinets we also rent out). All units are managed by myself and experienced staff and therefore dealers are not required to man their units at any time. We already have a number of established successful dealers who have taken space to sell furniture dating from the 17th century and all periods up to retro.

I am looking for dealers in lighting, mirrors, Arts and Craft and clocks. Carlton Fine Art and Antiques is situated on the 2nd floor of Salt's Mill in the historic village of Saltaire near Shipley in West Yorkshire. This 'model' industrial village with its Hockney connections was designated a World Heritage Site in 2001.
