It is just a stone's throw from Carlisle bus station, a few minutes’ walk from Carlisle train station and near main car parking sites.Since 2012 Ruth has steadily built a team of experienced, professional and dedicated natural health care practitioners offering a broad range of complementary and alternative therapies. Some live locally, many travel to Carlisle Therapies to hold their weekly or monthly classes and/or workshops. All are self-employed and dedicated to promoting natural healthy-living choices, wellbeing and mind-body balance.Whatever the reason, people enjoy visiting the centre. Often people come for a treatment and join a regular class – or vice versa. Our consultation rooms are tranquil, safe and have ample natural light.
