Cathi worked in IT for many years before taking on a new challenge; working for the Rail industry (which meant weekends on the track, upgrading UK signalling systems!). She has always had an interest in holistic therapies and a fascination with how food affects the body. Whilst suffering with eczema and a bad back after falling from a horse, she started to research treatments and diets which would help.

Joining us as a CA has given Cathi the chance to learn more about health and wellness whilst helping others. Cathi keeps in shape by running, horse riding and learning to ski.
Nicci has a background in marketing and communications but she loves feeling well and helping people, so jumped at the chance of joining us as a CA. Her passion for fast horses and slow motorbikes had led to a long list of injuries that were being compounded by nine-straight hours stuck behind a desk and making Nicci feel sick.
