Cardiff Low Fee Counselling

Lyn Jones : I am an Integrative Counsellor and incorporate aspects of a number of theoretical approaches to psychotherapy and counselling, including CBT, Solution Focused, humanistic, narrative and psychodynamic models. I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS); indicating that I am on Accredited Registers that have been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). I abide by the Code of Ethics of BACP and NCS. I have completed a Bachelor of Social Science Majoring in Counselling; the Australian equivalent of a BSc. I have worked with clients who have been victims of abuse including spiritual abuse, abuse in a domestic violence context; as well as crisis counselling. I have also worked with clients who suffer schizophrenia, low self esteem, and anxiety and depression related disorders. I also have experience working as a child therapist.
