Car Spek

I would just like to let you know how pleased I was with the service I was given today. My first phone call to Carspek was at 11:30, my car was picked up by 12 and delivered back to me at 3. It was such good service and so quick! Both Matthew and Paul were so professional and honest, if they wanted to they could have told me anything they liked and told me it would be £500, I would be none the wiser, I really do appreciate the honesty. I will definitely being using you again for anything mechanical, I have also been spreading the word to friends and anyone who will listen, I will also recommend you in the future.

I phoned Matt at half past 4 on the off chance he might have an idea as to why my car suddenly wouldn't start. He arrived on my door step at 5 o'clock and with a diagnostic machine realised he would not be able to fix my car on my drive. By 8.30 am the next morning my car had been collected and recovered to the garage.
