At Candy Woods Acupuncture, we practice Five Elements Acupuncture. This is a treatment that focuses on the holistic nature of healing, addressing the consequence of your condition ie pain or illness and helping you find relief.

I wanted to study acupuncture after seeing the great results that auricular acupuncture was having in the substance misuse field. I was working at a company called Drugaid in Cearphilly. My role was to facilitate the auricular acupuncture groups. I was trained by SMART who specialise in addiction therapy. The training captured my imagination. My amazement was furthered when I started running the groups.
