I teach yoga for adults and teach yoga in primary schools as well. I promote better wellbeing, health and immune system through yoga and qigong (energy practice). I also organise regularly yoga retreats and workshops for children. I live in Tonbridge with my family. I am a yoga Alliance accredited teacher, trained and certified to teach Yoga, Qigong, Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga.
