The practice has been taken forward by Caragh Pittam of the West London Chiropractic Clinics, established in 1983, and aims to build upon the practice's outstanding reputation. Caragh graduated in 1983 from the AECC (Anglo European College of Chiropractic) in Bournemouth, Dorset after graduating from Southampton University in 1980 with a degree in Physiology and Biochemistry. Caragh uses soft tissue work and diversified Chiropractic Techniques to treat a range of spinal and joint problems.

To achieve optimum health for her patients she has developed a multidisciplinary practice with 20 other practitioners of alternative medicine. David studied at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and since graduating in 2002 has been in practice in London. He uses a wide range of techniques to treat all manner of problems and advises patients what they can do to help themselves so their recovery is as quick as possible, and their improvement is sustained.
