The founding partner of C&D Blackpool, Peter deals with a diverse range of clients across all business sectors. Increasingly, Peter is extensively involved in trust and death estate matters, and works closely with many Solicitors on these cases, whilst also dealing with more complex HMRC enquiries and investigations.
Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton in 1984 and became a partner at C&D in 1987. Peter works closely with a wide range of corporate clients. Peter has acted for numerous acquisition and disposals of clients businesses, focusing on the tax and commercial aspects of the agreements.
