Calm Therapy Massage, Reflexology & Reiki was established by Jane Long MAR in 2003. Jane trained as a Reflexologist at The Central London College of Reflexology and qualified in 2003. She then went on to take Reiki I and II in 2006 and has completed Holistic Massage training at Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine in 2011. Jane continues her training in massage, fertility issues, preconception, maternity reflexology and general nutrition.

She is also interested in clients who are looking to alleviate the symptoms of digestive conditions, back pain, migraine and allergies, hay fever, PCOS and endometriosis. Jane believes that reflexology is an excellent therapy to receive and prepare for conception, pregnancy and birth. Jane is a member of the ASSOCIATION OF REFLEXOLOGISTS and the COMPLEMENTARY THERAPISTS ASSOCIATION.
