After spending her early career in the fast-paced banking world in central London, Robin Green took advantage of the financial downturn to concentrate on her passion for cake design. Having always made cakes for family and friends, Robin had thought about building on this passion to set up on her own and it wasn’t until early 2008 that dreams became a reality and finally Cakes by Robin was born.
Since training at the world renowned Squires Kitchen International School, the leading Independent School of Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft in the UK, Robin has been honing her cake design expertise from her cake studio based in south west London and these days is considered to be one of this year’s most innovative and thoughtful cake designers.
