C L Danson (Building Contractors) Ltd is a local family building company based in Garstang, Preston in Lancashire, run by Craig Danson a fully time served joiner. Craig started his working life straight from school where he served his apprenticeship with G & J Seddons Ltd in Manchester. Once he had completed his apprenticeship he went on to gain an ordinary and higher National Certificate in Building Studies at Bolton College. Craig then left Seddons and set up on his own in 2001, "I always wanted to run my own company and provide a proper professional building service".The company has grown steadily and now employs 10 members of staff, Craig surveys each and every job himself and provides comprehensive written quotations for all jobs, "we tackle all kinds of jobs, and we have built one off houses for clients from scratch from an initial idea right up to completion""We can take care of planning and the building control process, meaning that we really do provide The Complete Building Service".
