I am an Integrative Therapist offering a professional, confidential counselling and psychotherapy service in the Walsall area. I have over 10 years' experience of providing emotional support to individuals both in the NHS and in the voluntary sector.
I am a registered member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I currently hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy at Birmingham City University.
I am a Student Member of the UPCA (Universities Psychotherapy & Counselling Association) as I work towards accreditation with the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). In much of my work with client I use a humanistic Gestalt approach. Gestalt therapy aims to raise awareness of emotions and feelings by focusing on the client's experience in the present moment.
