Our team is experienced, our fees to both Tenants and Landlord are very reasonable and all Tenants Deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (a government regulated tenancy deposit protection scheme) for your peace of mind. Buttercup is a relatively new agency, having commenced trading in July 2012. Between them, however, the staff have over 40 years property experience, encompassing investment property ownership (both commercial and residential) development, funding and agency sales as well as lettings experience. This all round experience of the property market means that our understanding is second to none in the market, and we can advise you on all aspects of property ownership and letting.
